FR26 - Day 14

Wedding Anniversary Day.

We had hoped to get out and have lunch as it's our special day.

Neither of us were feeling too great and for lunch we had soup! Cooked by me.

I won't bore you with the recipe as I simply had to snip the corner off the tetrapak and pour it into the saucepan.

A little later we set off to walk into Quiberon by the "grand plage". It wasn't as far as it looked on the map the campsite reception gave us.

We looked for somewhere for a coffee and we found one where we could watch the Belle Île ferry coming in and then out again.

We found Le Corsaire and had a pleasant half hour.

Then the walk back. Chef Paul used his almost Michelin 🌟 skills to open a ring-pull can of lentils and meat. Using the same saucepan (washed of course) another meal was quickly heated up.

Tomorrow?

Hopefully, the weather will be better again tomorrow and we can get earlier and we can get our anniversary lunch. Oysters anyone?
