On the Road Again!

Now that is frightening!  Sorry if you were eating when this popped up. It's the shave face.  In the previous post asking to you sponsor me for Movember   I showed the full beard face. That was shaved off without too many injuries although I nicked my bottom lip and it has been bleeding on and off since. By Friday, the official starter's gun for a month of tache growing, I'll have shave again to start off smooth.....  So please, spare even the minimum £3 and sponsor me.  My links are all over the place. It's 15 years since I had my first go and that was a charity called Tacheback. Pretty much the same ideals as Movember but now defunct.  Shame as I raised a good few quid in the two years I did it. Maybe this year's Movember will morph into Decembeard?  

I have signed up again.  As I still have Decembeard 2016 around my face I will need to shave it off and start bare-faced from November 30th. Another month of facial hair growing has come to the end and I have not managed to meet my target of £100. Every penny counts towards the research so I guess that I shouldn't be too disappointed. At the time of writing  I have raised about £35. In the UK the SMS page is still working - send a text to 70070 with message: PAGD99 £1 to send a quid or any amount you like. PAGD99 £10 sends a tenner.....

Day 29 Well, day 29 of Decembeard is almost over and this is where I am at beardwise. Although I did get it trimmed a week or so before Christmas, otherwise it would be more woolly. The justgiving page (https://www.justgiving.com/Paul-Devall-Beardy) has achieved 120% of my target. I know I set it a little lower than I wanted but it looks better this way. Movember has been and gone. So why stop there when you can do Decembeard instead. So far, the beard is coming along okay.  I took one at the St Nicks last week and another today. Fund raising not going that well so far.....  So click and donate. And I have set up an SMS donation system as well.   A suggested $1 but hell, you can choose any amount.
