My insurance renewal isn't due until mid-June. It will be a time to shop around and get some quotes before my renewal notice from Carol Nash Select arrives. As usual I start early and build up a little checklist of the comparison sites and what the premiums are liable to be. It seems to add the Kettle to the existing policy I had for the Rocket was pretty expensive. In fact with a full no claims discount (NCD) the Kettle shouldn't have cost so much to add. So for the sheer "fun" of it I hit the comparison sites today. Starting off with Go Compare. You can only use the NCD on one policy. So I decided to look for separate insurance for the Rocket and claim the NCD, and for the Kettle and choose zero NCD. You can only get quotes up to a month before the start of the policy.
