On the Road Again!

Retirement seems to have been a success for my brother and he is off again -  https://ndtea.blogspot.com/ I signed up to recieve email updates to keep track of where he is going now and on this blog.

My brother Neill and his R66 buddy Patrick set off in four days (as I write) on a long trip around the Iberian Peninsula, that's Spain and Portugal, to the uninitiated. It should be quite an adventure.  I'd like to clam I am not a little jealous of him being away.  We all have different lives and reasons for doing, or in this case not doing, something. I have signed up to the email updates although they seem to arrive overnight rather than "live" as it were.

Another of my brother Neill's travel blogs -  Wild Hogs in Spain

All captured on the joint blog that I started and then got Neill to co-author -  https://devallboys.blogspot.com/ But before this happens we have to get over Neill's "Bank of Dad" for his daughter and naturally my niece's wedding at the beginning of August.

Going through a box of old photos I came across this rare colour epic from circa 1960/61. So I scanned it. Our Gran (who preferred to be called Nanny), Lily Devall, my brother Neill in a fetching pair of pre MC Hammer baggy pants and me looking cool and sophisticated.

My brother Neill (the younger and not good looking one) has a few blogs on the Blogspot circuit. His are mainly trip based. Wild Hogs UK about a trip he and some Route 66 buddies did recently around the five countries of the UK and Ireland. Whilst having a look on HC Travel's Route 66 website I came across another R66 blog .  Whilst idly skimming through it, I came across Neill's face (more than once) in photos...   Reading that blog and then Neill's own, it isn't brotherly love that makes me prefer this one . It's more humerous and light writing, but then again it hasn't been made into a £80 coffee table book. Feel free to "follow" the Neill blogs. He could do with the followers.
