KAP Folkestone - Scooters

Image
We took the Juke to KAP  this morning for the annual MoT. They were a Nissan dealership but have changed to sell mostly Chinese EV cars. Someone though collects scooters, both Lambretta and Vespa. From the bulbous front mudguard and two single seats I guess it's early 60's or earlier. Any experts?
