Bikes both re-insured today!
I had expected the mail with the insurance docs to have arrived by now and so I checked all the paperwork and emails from Carole Nash. Nothing since the 18th June when they replied to my "go ahead and renew" email to say that if I wanted a second DNA protection kit I would have to pay. I decided not to as the Rocket has Datatag factory fitted. They didn't say that as from June 1st 2021 that they no longer do DNA+! It should have renewed automatically overnight on the 27th June. I called this morning and they couldn't find the renewal had been done. I told them I had checked the online banking an no money had been taken. Some twenty minutes later it was resolved and both bikes are covered for another year, and from today. I got the email a little later with all the details and certificates. I need to download and print them.
