FR26 - New Booking - Flower Camping Le Bois d'Amour

After being binned off by Sandaya at the Mont St Michel campsite we decided to go else where.

After watching a vlog about the Ile de Ré I thought about that, but in the end we decided that we'd try Brittany. It's not somewhere we have explored before. We have cut across to get from the Charente area to Mont St Michel in the past, but we haven't gone too far west.

The vloggers who were on the Ile de Ré are the Slaws. We have watched their stuff on YouTube for quite a few years. They stayed at the site we stayed at in 2023 at Flower Camping Les Ilates.  We also stayed at the Flower Camping site at Omaha Beach and at their site St Lambert in Millau also in 2023.

When I logged in to Flower our previous stays had been removed from the "past stays" section.  I looked for Brittany and found Flower Camping Le Bois d'Amour. There was a choice of pitches for three nights, the comfort at €66 for three nights or €93 for a Premium pitch that comes with it's own covered picnic table and private facilities cabin with fridge and toilet/shower.  So, I booked the premium.  It's the same dates at the binned of Sandaya and €40 less.

So currently we have two campsites booked and one Camping-Car Park just to give us somewhere to go. After the first night at Cayeux sur Mer, we have two nights before we are at the Sandaya near the Normandy D-Day beaches of Sword and Juno. 

Then two nights before we go to Bois d'Amour. Maybe one or two nights near Mont St Michel? Perhaps actually go to the Mont?

Then we are then free with 8 nights to drift back to Calais for the Le Shuttle train home. We will probably stay at the Camping-Car Park site in Calais again.

But where to go after Quiberon?
