Bloody good this Rough Guide! Well worth it.

The monastery here is a major pilgrimage site and is a curious star shape.  I was going to add it to the route home, but with The Church of Bones at Sedlec, Kutna Hora already planned for the trip I have factored it into the run from Liberec and Hradec Kralove.

This road-test was originally published in 1997 on the original SOC Geocities hosted website and transferred over here when Yahoo killed off Geocities. When Suzuki offered to let me have the VZ800 Marauder for a week or two to test, I was very happy to have a 'free' bike for the duration of two big runs to the BMF/ACU National Rally and a Suzuki Owners Club Scotland trip.
