No Ring of Red for me. Came out, all togged up. Flat tyre.

Got the gauge out and it was 6 lbs psi. I pumped it up as far as 34lbs before I almost died of a heart attack! With a heart problem I should maybe have thought a bit harder and removed some gear. I was so hot I felt sick.
I had it on the centre stand and can't see any punctures or nails etc. No damage at all. Valve?
Bugger.
