Downsizing has been on my mind for a while. 

Earlier in the year I tentatively put out feelers to places that would buy bikes. Only one responded and we wasted nearly three hours whilst a bloke went over it. Their offer was about £7k and then they decided not to buy it.

So I had another go. Fingers crossed for  Monday and an £8k sale.

I have removed the TomTom mount and of course, Mr Baloo.

This road-test was originally published in 1997 on the original SOC Geocities hosted website and transferred over here when Yahoo killed off Geocities. When Suzuki offered to let me have the VZ800 Marauder for a week or two to test, I was very happy to have a 'free' bike for the duration of two big runs to the BMF/ACU National Rally and a Suzuki Owners Club Scotland trip.
