Claire has a root canal appointment in mid-September, just under three weeks before we are due to leave for France.
We have to hope the surgery goes off first time but need to plan ahead just in case.
What would we lose? We have travel insurance to cover the loss of the Alcoceber apartment cost, but the excess on the policy is more than the RCI exchange fee!
I have dropped the reception at Playa Romana Club an email to see if the worst happens if we can change the date? Hopefully that won't trigger them to cancel....
That's the only part of the trip other than the ferry that we have paid for. If we have to delay we can no doubt change the ferry dates and it might cost us extra.
Until she has the op we won't know anything for sure.
