Well. This was what is probably called a six-pointer. The first game for Latics against opposition in the same lower regions of the league.
All the other teams they have played and lost to, have all carried on winning and are cloistered around the top of the division.
Ideally away at Bolton Wanderers could have been a nightmare to add to the recent weeks. Once again they were unable to hold on to an early lead but then up stepped substitute Zac Dearnley. A fifty yard run and shot to win the game.
