So imagine my horror when keeping a check on my bank account showed they hadn't sent a charge to it.
No pending. Nothing.
My brother Neill sits to my right and our friend Helen sits to my left.
Did their's eff up? Did they buggery.
A couple of calls and fobbed off with "we are recieving a high volume of calls" and two contact forms I finally get a reply.
Sometime this week I'll get a "last chance" email!
